Specialized Crown Prosecutors/ Public Assistance Unit
Prosecutors need to be fully informed to properly prosecute cases. The Court Team provides extensive information allowing the Crown a more complete understanding of each file before it appears in court. They make decisions that more accurately address the safety concerns of complainants and the accountability of offenders. The Public Assistance Unit provides information and updates.
